CRAZY, but kind of cool! I just hate seeing all the building that are abandon from the crappy economy!

In this case, the owners of the building constructed a new one, and moved into it last year. This building is old, and the cost to bring it up to code was prohibitive. Some areas had already been condemned (the owners could no longer get occupancy permits for them.)
